TICKET RESERVATIONS SITE!

Due to the large number of phone messages we receive, we will NOT return a phone call about reservations unless a show is Sold Out and the person or persons making reservations will not be able to be accommodated.

**Please Note:  Ticket reservations only are made on this site and no payment is collected here.  Payment for your tickets will be collected when you pick them up at the Box Office before the performance .**

You can submit your request(s) for tickets by clicking on the name of the show you want tickets for under “Upcoming Events” on this screen.  You will then be directed to the ticket page where you can enter the number of tickets you would like (Adult and/or Child) and then click on “Add to Cart”

Then, above the Buy Tickets area, a note will appear saying, “Your cart is updated.  Go to cart.”  Click on Go to Cart and a new page will appear where you will need to add the required information.   

***IF YOU DO NOT GET THE “Your Cart is Updated” MESSAGE, THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH REMAINING TICKETS TO FILL YOUR RESERVATION***

**IMPORTANT** Once you have entered your information, click on “Review cart and make reservation” and you will be taken to the purchase page.   Click on the Box “Complete Reservation“**

****  If you do not complete this step, your reservation will not show up in our records!***

Then, the page will change to show you your Receipt ID (along with the date and time you selected and the number of tickets and total ticket amount).   You can then click on the Receipt ID and the receipt will appear for you to print off.

**You are NOT charged for your tickets from this site.  Payment due will be collected when you pick up your tickets 1 hour prior to the performance at the Box office in the Lobby.**

A confirmation email will also be sent to the email you specified with a link to the receipt also with a link to the receipt for printing purposes.  Due to how different email servers respond, please allow 2-3 hours for email to arrive.    Your email will also contain a link to a receipt that you should print and bring with you when you pick up your tickets.
If you do not receive the email by that time, please contact me at webmaster@pulseoperahouse.org and I will verify for you that we received your reservation.
